Etruria was the name of the territory in the middle of Italy before the Roman Empire. During this tour we will stay in a part of that, exactly on the border between Tuscany, Umbria and Lazio Region.
Nowadays this area is called Tuscia (the part situated in Lazio) and Val d’Orcia (the
part in Tuscany).
Arrival at Fiumicino's airport and transfer by van. The journey will start in an area not far from Todi.We will see the two largest lakes in the middle of Italy and we will travel along the roads among the beautifull hills of Tuscany.

For culture lovers this tour will delight you with a visit to the historic chocolate factory, the famous "dying city", the cathedral of the city of Orvieto and other villages, each with its own unique characteristics.
If you're not trained, don't worry, we might offer two bike types, choosing between E-bike and racing bikes, between the lightweight carbon model with electric gear and standard e-bikes with more thrust and power.

Nestled in the heart of Tuscany, the Val d'Orcia region is renowned not only for its breathtaking landscapes but also for its exquisite culinary offerings. When visiting this enchanting area, one should indulge in the region's rich gastronomic heritage: Pecorino Cheese, Pici pasta, Ribollita, a hearty Tuscan soup made with bread, beans, and vegetables, Brunello di montalcino.
